Much respect to the original creator of the Tilted Twister. Check out the original video for more information or visit http://tiltedtwister.com. After seeing that building instructions and source code was released, I was inspired to build this myself. I ran into some problems, but eventually got it working after some changes to the code. My hat goes off to Hans Andersson, for building/designing this amazing robot and for releasing instructions and source code to the public. Thanks a lot!

I just tried my model of this today – Rubik’s cube arrived lol. With mine I found raising the the arm on one of the larger wheels that came with the education resource kit helped with success rates. I’ve posted this bid up if you’re interested.

.
I had the same problem, and to tell you the truth, it didn’t work most of the time with the cube falling off or getting dragged back as u stated. I just kept tweaking, finding the best values for the turntable to be at the correct place after several turns when the arm comes to tilt the cube. Then I prayed that I could get it on video, and this is the result

Nice! I built this, but I have problems for longer solutions…often the cube gets stuck when the arm tries to turn it over in the tray, and sometimes the cube gets dragged back by the arm. What material did you use in the bottom of the tray to let the cube slide easily?
