While it may contain some elements of that show, the payoff for the "contestants' (from WWE's development camp) is a WWE contract. I am excited to see WWE trying something new for them. By pairing the wrestlers with WWE superstars, they will be exposed to their trainer's techniques and personalities, good and bad. This is a novel approach, and I am curious to see what the developmental kids will take from their mentors, and what they will bring to the industry. In most cases they just ease the new guys into the mix, reason is it's usually only 1 or 2 new guys at a time debuting...
